  Gemstone/Diamond Payment: Full payment of gemstone or diamond value required at the time of order placement. All payments must be made through secure digital methods only (prepaid basis).

  Metal & Making Charges: Gold/Silver value and making charges are payable when your custom jewelry is completed and ready for dispatch. Pricing based on current market rates.
• 📱
  Accepted Payment Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, and other secure digital payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available for any orders.
• ⚠️
  Order Cancellation Policy: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing begins after CAD approval and payment confirmation. Standard gemstone orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

  Returns Policy: Made-to-order and customized jewelry pieces are non-returnable due to their personalized nature. Only manufacturing defects are covered under warranty.

  Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed only after receipt of full payment and written approval of the CAD design. A detailed invoice with specifications will be provided.

  Processing Timeline: Custom jewelry manufacturing takes 12-15 business days from order confirmation. Rush orders may be accommodated with additional charges.

🔄 Lifetime Exchange Policy

  Gemstones/Diamonds Exchange: Exchange accepted at 80% of original invoice value, provided as store credit for future purchases. This credit is valid for 12 months from the date of exchange.

  Gold/Silver Exchange: 100% value exchange based on current market rates at the time of exchange. Live market rates will be applied as per London Metal Exchange or local market standards.

  Required Documentation: Original invoice, purchase receipt, and authenticity certificates must be presented. Digital copies will not be accepted for exchange transactions.

  Value Calculation: Exchange values are calculated on the base price and exclude all taxes, making charges, design fees, and shipping costs from the original purchase.

  Quality Inspection Process: All items undergo thorough quality inspection, authenticity verification, and gemological assessment by certified experts before exchange approval.

  Store Credit Terms: Gemstone exchange value is issued as transferable store credit that can be used for any future purchases, including custom orders and ready-made jewelry.

  Condition Requirements: Items must be in original condition without any damage, alterations, repairs, or modifications. Normal wear and tear is acceptable.

💰 Lifetime Buyback Policy

  Gemstones/Diamonds Buyback: We offer buyback at 75% of the original invoice value with cash payment. This applies to all natural, untreated gemstones purchased from AstroSatvik × REYVA DIAMONDS.

  Gold/Silver Buyback: 100% value buyback based on current market rates. Precious metals are evaluated according to their purity and current London Metal Exchange rates.

  Mandatory Documentation: Original invoice, purchase receipt, authenticity certificates, and any gemological reports must be provided. All documents must be in original, unaltered form.

  Value Assessment: Buyback values are calculated on base item cost excluding all taxes, making charges, design fees, certification costs, and shipping from original purchase.

  Authentication Process: Comprehensive quality inspection, gemological verification, and authenticity assessment by certified gemologists. Any treatments or enhancements will affect valuation.

  Payment Method: Buyback amount paid via secure bank transfer or demand draft. Cash payments are not provided for high-value transactions as per regulatory compliance.

  Processing Timeline: Complete buyback evaluation, documentation verification, and payment processing completed within 3-5 business days of item submission.

  Eligibility Criteria: Only original, unaltered items purchased directly from AstroSatvik × REYVA DIAMONDS are eligible. Third-party or modified items are not covered under this policy.

  Warranty Coverage: All gemstones include authenticity certificate and lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural characteristics and inclusions are not considered defects.

  Shipping & Delivery: Complimentary insured shipping within India via trusted courier partners. International shipping available with charges as per destination. Transit insurance included.

  Privacy & Data Protection: Customer information is strictly confidential and protected under data privacy laws. Personal details are never shared with third parties without explicit consent.

  Customer Support: Dedicated customer support available for all pre-purchase consultations, post-purchase queries, maintenance guidance, and lifetime assistance with your jewelry.

  Legal Jurisdiction: Any disputes or legal matters arising from transactions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India, under Indian law.

  Custom Order Finality: All custom jewelry orders are final once CAD design is approved and manufacturing commences. Design modifications are not possible after production begins.

  Astrological Consultation: Complimentary basic astrological consultation provided for gemstone selection. Detailed astrological readings available as premium service with certified astrologers.
